No way will pool sell Henderson as he and gino have been fundamental to their success and no way in hell will klopp allow both to go in one window.

I understand pools POV providing he is happy to see out last 2 years of his contract like the pro we know he is, because if he goes on free in 2 years no one has lost out as he was not expensive when bought and would have given like 12 years by then so pool would have had their moneys worth and Jordan can do what’s best for him.

Amazing to think he took over as captain from stevie g what shoes to fill! Obviously not the same level of player but he has lifted a Premier league and champs league trophy which no one would have imagined when he was given that armband.

For me Henderson goes down as the best Liverpool captain I have seen. Obviously in no way was he a better player than Stevie, but he was a better captain. Will always be underrated by the vast majority of fans, but to lift a champs league and first prem in 30 years, how can he be considered anything other than an LFC legend. Would love for him to see out his contract, would be crazy to let him and Gini go in the same window.

Lucky, never in our wildest dreams did we think Hendo would lift those two trophies. He’s a superb captain. Does a lot off the field aswell and is a proper leader
