Donβt think you can read too much in to that game. Liverpool frightening going forward but today poor at the back. I think as the games go by they will get more organised. They maybe havenβt readjusted to having pressure on them again but they definitely will.

Anyway, I guess this match was perfect for us, we got a win but also a hell of a fright. our defensive players have been phoning it in and they know now that they must improve, or we won’t defend that title.
Just pleased for Salah to get that hat trick and of course for it to get us the 3 points. he looked great today, sharp, cool and also unselfish… but not too unselfish, which is what I want to see. fabinho helped us when he came on, Keita did a great impression of casper the ghost.
Overall im not that pleased with our performance. We’ve got Chelsea next, so there’s no time to really work hard now. I just feel that we’re going to get thrashed there TBH but we’ve taken these 3 points at least.

Paxton, they definitely havent re-adjusted to the pressure being back on but is that an excuse? They knew that “must win” games were back on as they prepared for this and BTW, I don’t mean “must win” in the actual sense of the meaning but more that the results actually matter again, because they didnt for so long.
anyway sry for being a bit of a downer today lads. was really looking forward to this but what i saw out there was more of the same lackluster shite that you saw when we were 21 points ahead. I have so little patience to still see that now when everyone is starting at 0 again, you know? Its inexcusable.
leeds were very impressive today but I don’t think they were unlucky. I mean, I assume people are patting the good underdogs on the back, and rightly so!.. they gave a brilliant account of themselves and their style of play today. I won’t jump the gun and say where they might finish because newly promoted sides can play above their level for a while, initially but if it werent for a silly tackle at the end, they’d have taken a point.

I don’t know if the handball rule ha changed but in the old rules, that was a penalty. If you watch it again, he not only keeps his arm there but starts moving it forward, just before contact. I will discuss the incident but if people on here think it wasn’t, we’re going to have to eventually agree to disagree because you wont change my mind. I say this as a football fan, regardless of how it worked in our favour.
