Currently reading a totally different book about mind control and learning how to control your ‘inner chimp’ – written by a psychologist that’s worked with lots of top sportsmaen.

The Chimp Paradox by steve peters. Some really interesting bits in it, and is helping me when I’m coaching a few of our up and coming guys in the business.

We all need to manage the inner chimp mate – it’s an interesting concept, and I could relate to parts of it a lot – especially when I was younger and a bit more rash.

Beni – cheers for recommending The Chimp Paradox by Steve Peters, only just started reading the book but I can relate to all of it so far. Very interesting and I’m sure it will come in handy.

A couple of people at work have just started reading it too, and I noticed someone on the train home last night had it also – so it must be highly recommended.
