This clearly explains why I’m seeing live tonight Ronnie O’Sullivan in the ‘Punditry Box’ along with Neil Foulds and Jimmy White.
The BBC keep being left-wing c*nts purely for their own agenda. Same old Mo Farah and Jessica Enis. Contrived, a facet and plain point blank. And no, I don’t want that F1 so and so either.
How many tournaments has Ronnie O’Sullivan won this season bar the World? For heaven’s sake, he recently won the UK Championship, and the Masters back in January, not to mention other tournaments in between. He’s made new records too. He’s a top bloke, but never put forward.
Just a joke of a comfort zone, and we’re paying a these fools TV Licence.

Fixed and contrived.
Left wing BBC. How the tune has changed. And they still have the audacity to charge TV Licencing fees, would you believe?!

17th December 2017 at 10:23 pm #9103Deary me. You’re swayed in Nine.
Thank goodness for god I’m agreed in another Cyber Space.
27 years in what I’ve learned, the BBC plan Athletes, so what?!
You rarely have now, Ian Botham, Bryan Robson, Paul Gascoigne, or even Liam Gallagher!!!
Notice???
All agenda driven to purely suit the BBC. Pointless, and it took me 20 or so years of my life to see the light.
Ronnie should have won it. What was that crap in nonsense of pointless of interview from Victoria Derbyshire? Ronnie needs protection.

18th December 2017 at 12:18 pm #9150Well, there is me thinking Joshua or Hamilton would end up winning it.
What has Mo Farah done in order to win with the exception of retiring. This stinks like the time when Ryan Giggs won player of the year and sports personality of the year in 2009.

18th December 2017 at 2:06 pm #9161Tbh Mo wouldn’t have been my choice I would have gone for Joshua but the way it works is that a panel of Sporting experts decide on the nominations and then the viewers vote on it.

19th December 2017 at 11:59 am #9246Was painful watching and really should be consigned to the toilet pan of the past.
ironic that it was won by a foreign long distance runner who couldn’t shift his arse the relatively short distance from London to Liverpool to collect the award – shows how much he thought of it.
painful and cringeworthy – worst TV moment of the year so far

19th December 2017 at 2:37 pm #9254Couldn’t put that better myself and completely agree. No longer going to take this trash seriously.
I still feel Ronnie should have at least got a mention considering this year he won 4 ranking titles and eclipsing Hendry’s century breaks and UK titles, he’s had a terrific year.
He’s wrote a book and is a regular with Jimmy White as a pundit for Eurosport.

19th December 2017 at 2:43 pm #9256NB, if it was all about dominating in your chosen sport, it would have been named the Phil Taylor trophy. Personally I think it needs renaming to sports person, as personality does at times seem to be lacking…..Pagan
