18th November 2019 at 1:29 pm #53108Stevo, yeah I put something similar up on the England v Montenegro etc etc thread last week.
“Despite being told he should be βsatisfiedβ just to walk again, Cazorla made his return for Villarreal in August last year and went on to reclaim a place in the Spain squad five months ago.
His last goal for Spain came in a 2-0 friendly win over England in November 2015.β BBC Football.
Nice story the poor guy has been through hell injury wise.”
Lovely player brilliant to see him playing again for his country given what he’s been through.

21st November 2019 at 2:54 pm #53507because he is one of the top strikers, he still has pace and for the right team would be more prolific, doesnt get many injuries either…..not saying we would get Β£100+m but whatever we do get he needs replacing and Haaland would do!

21st November 2019 at 3:09 pm #53508Is PEA really 31? Didn’t have him down as that old to be honest, acts like a bloody teenager anyway! π
Decent player though, proven in the Prem, and from a purely Spud angle, I’d help him pack his bags!!

21st November 2019 at 3:49 pm #53509Lautaro & Haaland are the future, but there are so many strikers that need replacing soon,in Benzema,Suarez,Cavani,Aguero,Lewa,Higuain etc.Keep Laca for sure.

21st November 2019 at 4:48 pm #53510PEA only has a year left on his contract come the Summer and age is not on his side if he leaves Arsenal it won’t be for silly money given those circumstances and he would probably leave for less than Arsenal paid for him.

22nd November 2019 at 8:06 am #53554id still be happy enough if it was getting one of the young hot prospects, not many top strikers about anymore and as Goose says many need replacing, so if we got some cah and lower wage bill and got in more exciting young talent, it wouldnt be so bad
do love Auba, but at the moment he is wasted in our team, bad timing really

23rd November 2019 at 4:00 pm #53781Nine, if he left spurs at end of contract or by mutual consent I would never have imagined Poch agreeing to be Arsenal manager, but after being sacked? I wouldnt rule it out mate. I think he would consider now at least if they offered it to him.
